A group of Do Gooders volunteered at Camp Takumta last week. They helped clean the theater, chapel, teen center and pool house. They also assisted with landscaping walkways and gardens around the camp.
Volunteer Cidney Tassie commented, “This was such an amazing experience to see how the community as a whole contributes to such a wonderful organization. We had the privilege to tour the campground and see all of the activities the children can do. We all saw that this place was made for the pure reason to just enjoy being a kid.”
