National Life Group is excited to be launching a LandIt pilot program for 25-30 women leaders at all experience levels – ranging from a minimum of two years of experience to over 20 – these women are either high-performing or high-potential with a shared desire for growth and opportunity.
LandIt is an innovative online community and a personalized playbook for women ready to move their careers forward. From robust content to coaching sessions, LandIt is designed for self-starters who are committed to their growth and development.
In addition to the online experience, the program participants will be part of the National Life LandIt community where we will share best practices together across our campuses.
