National Life Group celebrated the 30th anniversary of Lost National Theater’s performances at city hall last week. The company has sponsored every season of the professional theater company since it moved to Montpelier.

The anniversary was marked by an opening night gala of Howard Frank Mosher’s Disappearances. The novel was adapted for the stage by Lost Nation founder Kim Bent.

Chris Graff opened the gala with a tribute to Lost Nation and the theater presented Beth Rusnock and Ross Sneyd with a special canoe paddle which was related to the theme of the play.

You can see Disappearances at Lost Nation Theater through October 21st.
