Nathan Walters Joins National Life To Head Customer Experience

The Customer Innovation Group remains focused on creating a transformative Customer Experience which is scalable and digitally enabled. As Angela McCraw officially moves to head up New Business, and with Kristin Cook becoming our Deputy Chief Underwriter, we are delighted to announce that Nathan Walters is joining the National Life Group family.

Nathan has been leading Customer Experience initiatives in the Energy industry since 2013.  He comes to us most recently from Hudson Energy where he was the Director of Client Experience.  In that role, he oversaw tremendous improvements in Customer satisfaction as well as Customer retention. Nathan brings over two decades of business and leadership experience, with previous roles in Customer Service, Operations, Process Improvement, as well as Business Transformation and Customer Relationship Management. His long track record of success demonstrates both his innate understanding of the Voice of the Customer and his ability to translate that understanding into meaningful connections with customers. Nathan has a BA in Economics from the University of New Mexico. He lives in Forth Worth with his wife and two children.

Nathan will work out of the Dallas office, starting this coming Monday, January 7th.  I am extremely excited about our progress to attract, retain, and delight over a million loyal customers!
