One of the biggest challenges facing us today is a war for talent, not only acquiring talent but developing and retaining top talent. There is no doubt that a company’s people have a direct impact on how it can respond to the ever-changing business environment. Over the last few months we have been actively searching for a Head of Talent Acquisition, someone to lead our team of dedicated, hard-working recruiters who live and breathe the search for top talent. I’m happy to report that our search is over—please join me in welcoming Mo Khan to National Life Group.
Mo will be starting with us on Monday, July 30th at which time he will attend orientation on the Vermont campus. Mo will be based full time out of our Addison office, on the 11th floor alongside Cameron Martin, one of our Senior Talent Acquisition Consultants. Mo joins NLG with over 12+ years of domestic and international experience in Talent Acquisition, Program Management, HR Business Processes, Change Management and Communication. Most recently Mo was Director of Global Campus Recruiting with FTI Consulting where he designed, developed and implemented talent acquisition strategies during a period of rapid growth. Prior to FTI Consulting, Mo worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers – Dubai, UAE and Houston, Texas where he managed PwC’s talent acquisition teams both domestically and internationally. Mo also held positions at Deloitte and Deutsche Bank in New York, New York.
Mo graduated from Binghamton University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. Presently Mo resides in Houston, Texas, however he and his family are in the process of relocating to Dallas. We’re excited for Mo to join the team and hope that you will take the time to connect with him during his first week in Vermont…he will be back in Dallas for the weeks of August 6th and 13th, then returning to Vermont for another week beginning August 20th.
