Spectrum Youth & Family Services is seeking volunteers for their community mentorship program! Spectrum’s mission is to empower teenagers, young adults, and their families to make and sustain positive changes through prevention, intervention, and life skills services.
Mentors get to take their mentees out into the community for all sorts of fun activities. Current pairs have been enjoying cooking classes at City Market, rock climbing, seeing shows at the Flynn, skiing, biking, hiking, and more!
Mentors must be 21+ and must be able to commit to at least 4 hours a month for 1 year. Mentorship also requires a reliable form of transportation and passing a background check.
Fun, caring adults are encouraged to apply! Matches are based on shared interests and other factors, and mentees range in age from 12-22.
