Seven leaders from around the company were honored this week by CEO Mehran Assadi with an annual award recognizing their contributions to our company and culture.
The awards are known as the 7 Cs for a system of self-reflection that Mehran subjects himself to each week.
Mehran uses the 7 Cs to judge how well he believes he performed in each area each week.
He developed the awards to honor leaders in the company who exemplify the tenet of leadership that each of the Cs represent.
This year’s winners, and the C for which they were recognized, are:
Comprehension – Michel Fournier
Competency – Chris Zimmerman
Confidence – Kristin Cook
Conviction – Lisa Muller
Courage – Justin Daniels
Communications – Michelle Jones
Character – Kelli Lamoureux
