Meeting the needs of our customers, sometimes just by being courteous, earns us he trust and helps to retain their business.
That may be something we all know, but it’s good to be reminded of it occasionally.
Often, a customer just needs someone to listen or to figuratively hold their hand over the phone while they’re trying to figure something out.
That’s what our team in the Customer Experience Center does. And so we share another round of customer praise for jobs well done by that team.
