Marketing has BIG NEWS! We have been revamping how we communicate with agents, and think it is important for you to know.
We have received feedback from the field and field leadership that our contracted agents were receiving too many emails from us, training them to either 1. Not read our emails, or 2. Get frustrated with how many times they were communicated about something, not allowing them to get to what they do best, servicing and selling to their clients.
Most of you probably receive The Pulse every Thursday (if you don’t, please contact Sabrina Guillette via email) and are familiar with the type of content that is communicated within the newsletter. We are pleased to announce that The Pulse will be retiring and be replaced with NL Edge– offering agents the competitive advantage they need to be successful and strive to be a top-selling agent with National Life Group. Most of the content in this newsletter will include sales ideas, product enhancements, new product launch information, campaigns, and marketing strategies to help agents be able to use these strategies right away!
Also, if you haven’t already noticed, there is now a monthly newsletter that goes out at the beginning of each month named At Your Service. This newsletter contains anything and everything our agents need to know regarding service, i.e. new business, commission, contracting, and/or contact center updates. Again, if you are not receiving these emails, please contact Sabrina.
