National Life is sponsoring some fun family events next month where we’re able to do good for our local communities.
The Lake Champlain Dragon Boat Festival will be held on Sunday, August 6th.
The Festival helps to raise awareness and also money to help support the programs of Dragonheart Vermont and other cancer nonprofits in the area.
National Life is the hat sponsor of the event, and our LifeSaver’s team will be competing again this year.
Check out our team captain, Jessica Ball speaking about the event on a NBC Channel 5 news.

The Harpoon Point to Point, presented by National Life Group is on Saturday, August 12th.
The event was created in 2002 to raise funds and awareness for the Vermont Foodbank’s mission to end hunger in Vermont.
Even if your not riding, the post ride party at the Harpoon Brewery in Windsor is worth the visit with delicious BBQ, live music and fresh beer, straight from the source.
The 2017 WALKS and RUN FOR CHILDREN provides Child Abuse Vermont with an opportunity to alert Vermonters to the need for a community commitment to child abuse prevention.
The next walk will be held on August 19th at the Statehouse in Montpelier, featuring a special guest; the amazing Spider-Man, who has a long history of being a proponent of child abuse prevention.
The Vermont Agency Foundation will hold their All Charity Classic Golf Tournament Tuesday, August 21st.
The Foundation’s 5th Annual All Charity Classic will be hosted at the Burlington Country Club.
The Foundation’s mission is to dramatically impact the lives of children, and this event is one way the Foundation is able to help.
