The Legal and Life and Annuity Compliance teams chose to forego their usual Secret Santa gift exchange last month and give back to the community instead.
Over the holiday season, they collected $325 in cash as well as an ample amount of nonperishable food items for the Do Good Cupboard in downtown Montpelier. The donations will be used to replenish the cupboard’s back stock of supplies that help community members in need.
The team also raised almost $300 plus additional supplies supporting the Royal Family Kids Camp in Tarrant County, Texas. The camp is a nonprofit organization that partners with Texas Child Protective Services to help abused and neglected children get back on their feet. The donations will help provide a safe space for children through various activities.
