Our annual Share the Good campaign wraps up Tuesday, November 30th.
Share the Good is where employees and retirees can donate money directly to their favorite nonprofits.
And here’s the cool part: The National Life Group Foundation will match each and every dollar you donate – anywhere from a single buck all the way up to $2,000.
Last year we collectively pumped more than $610,000 into good causes chosen by our employees and retirees.
Not sure who you would choose to donate some of your heard-earned money to? Well, there’s a growing list of the nonprofits your colleagues have supported in the past. Just choose one. Or two, three or four. If you don’t see your favorite nonprofit on the list, you can add it.
Not sure how much money to donate? How about giving $10 to one group, $10 to another and $25 to a third? That’s a total of $45, which becomes $90 after the match from the Foundation.
The amount you give isn’t really all that important. It’s the fact that you give and help support hunger relief or environmental causes or civic programs that’s important.
To participate, e-mail us at giving@nationallife.com by the end of the day on Tuesday, November 30th. The donation you make, including the match, will be sent to non-profits in January 2022 along with a letter with your specific contribution information.
