Sharon Colon, who works in the Customer Contact Center, was presented a Kudos award for providing outstanding customer service.
Sharon was nominated after the company received a letter from a client who was so impressed with the service she received from Sharon.
“All too often we are in a situation where we think we should sing someone’s praises for a job well done and do not take the time,” the customer wrote in a letter she addressed to the directors of National Life Group. “However, this time I feel compelled to say ‘thank you’ not only to a special Customer Relations Rep, but also to your company for hiring her!”
The customer then forwarded the letter that she wrote to Sharon.
“I’ve never been helped by a customer relations rep with as much confidence, knowledge or compassion than you offered this customer,” she wrote, referring to Sharon as “my angel.”
