Jessica Kinne, who works in Document Management Services’ inbound area, was surprised with a Kudos Award this week for modeling the culture that National Life has developed.
The Kudos Award is presented to employees who exemplify the tenets of Do Good, Be Good, Make Good in their teamwork and customer service. Jessica was nominated by her colleague Erica Kew for the extraordinary energy and quality of work she brings to National Life.
Erica emphasized the consistent and inspiring amount of effort Jessica brings to the team every day.
“Jessi is a great team player; she loves her job even on the most stressful of days,” Erica said. “She is driven to help others. She goes above and beyond to make sure work is done, procedures are updated, even when she already has a boat load of work to do.”
Erica and Jessica have been working on their first project together. The collaboration has made Erica feel inspired by Jessica’s creativity and communication.
“She always communicates well with her teammates and seeks advice on improvements on her own work,” Erica said. “She is open for criticism as it will only help her grow more.”
Jessica not only gives it her best at work but in her community as well. She is currently taking classes through Ashford University with a 3.97 GPA.
Jessica is also taking courses through LOMA, which works to provide administrative and technical courses on the life insurance industry.
