Joyce Britton was recognized this week with a Kudos Award for her dedication to making the outbound payment team function so smoothly.
“Besides her immediate team, she is the go-to person for all of Annuity Operations, Actuarial,” Carolyn Jenkins wrote in her nomination of Joyce for the award.
“Joyce is a great listener. When approached with a problem, she listens and then she seeks answers from others and then she gives solutions,” Carolyn wrote.
Joyce is recognized as the person who can help navigate through potential challenges with systems to make sure that our promises to our customers are kept.
And she is also a core member of our Do Good team, volunteering at the North Texas Food Bank and elsewhere in the community.
