I am pleased to announce the promotion of John Saad to the position of Field Vice President, Independent Distribution.
John began his career with National Life Group in 2006, with his initial focus being large case advanced markets, but has since expanded to Middle America including our flow and SPDA annuity business. John is a true relationship field leader, and began day one partnering with industry leaders, other National Life field leaders and our Affiliated Channel to help recruit and optimize opportunities.
Last year, John brought in $10+M life, which was a 45% increase over 2018, $57M in SPDA and $4+M in flow. His business has the momentum to continue increasing in 2020.
Recently, John personally helped take on some home office leadership meetings while I was in STI, a testimony to servant leadership.
