This year’s class of 47 interns completes its summer with us today.
Teams of interns, who have all been working on individual projects, made presentations at a packed gathering in the cafeteria on the Vermont campus on Thursday.
And the day was capped off with an annual ice cream social for the interns, who worked in departments all over both the Vermont and Texas campuses.
Sam Reed, a student at Harvard who is from Stowe, Vt., (photo below) was recognized as this year’s intern of the year. Sam worked in the special investigations unit.
The winning intern project team developed an onboarding program for new agents in the career channel. The members of that team (in photo below) were Chendi Deng, John Riedel, Lindsay Braun Davis, Chukmudi Ilogu, Jane Baker, Sophia Logan and Sarah Whitney.
