This year’s Conversational AI intern team has started a campaign utilizing the BrightIdea innovation platform to gather employee ideas on project development. National Life has used this platform in the past to get company-wide input on several issues in a collaborative way.

About our Project: 

The Conversational AI Intern Team has been working on developing a NL employee chatbot called Natalie. Natalie is an artificially intelligent agent on Skype whose purpose is to interact with NLG employees and assist them by answering questions and retrieving accessible data and company information—think of her as an insurance-savvy Siri for NLG.
