With summer approaching, you may be thinking about your vacation plans, but don’t forget about nominating your fellow teammates for a Kudos too.
Mr. Kudos will be popping up around the Vermont campus in the coming weeks, as a reminder to recognize those colleagues who provide exemplary customer service and consistently deliver a high quality experience.
You can, and are encouraged to, nominate someone who has demonstrated excellence in our company.
Nominations can be submitted on the National Life Group employee portal under Rewards and Recognition Programs.
When completing the nomination, please remember to include as much information as possible (examples of their excellent customer service, professionalism, efficiency, attention to detail, etc.) This is helpful to the members of the Kudos Committee as they complete the evaluation process.
Remember, this is a recognition program for individuals; team recognition is now done through Shout Out awards.
