Great Customer Service Helps Spread the Good

We have another example of how great customer service can help spread the good among each other and the people we work with.

We got the following submission from the compliance team. An office manager for one of our career agents wrote to thank Deb LaRose, who is taking over social media compliance reviews from Kathy Ruel, who is retiring.

“When I see all the submissions you approve for us, I wonder how in the world you have time to learn Kathy’s job too!  It seems like you work fulltime with just our agency. Thanks for all you do!”
