- Wednesdays 12:30-1:30 pm:
Lunchtime Yoga Flow – A one hour alignment-based yoga practice geared for all-levels.
Beginners are welcome to this fun, fluid class which will begin with gentle warm-ups and build as we go along. This is a well-rounded class where you will receive a wonderful deep stretch and opening to all the major muscle groups. We always begin class with an inspiring theme and end with a deep relaxation. Come and go at your own pace!
- Fridays 12:15-1 pm:
Restorative/Yin Fusion– A deep and gentle class that combines both Yin and Restorative poses.
This 45 minute practice is extra-gentle with all poses being done on the floor with the body fully supported by soft blankets, bolsters and props. This class is wonderful for anyone wanting a nervous system reboot, if you are a little run down, or are recovering from illness or injury. Great way to unwind at the end of the work week. Treat yourself to calm stillness and find inner peace. This class is open to all bodies and abilities.
