‘Here we GROW again’ can be heard across the country as our distribution partner InVida Financial Network embarked on their nationwide recruiting event aptly titled “The InVida Expansion Tour”.
Key Account Representative Brittany Mullally and Internal Sales Associate Luciano Varela made their way across Texas over the span of three days.
After that trip, Brittany continued on up the East Coast and Luciano stayed in Texas to help his team with the ever growing call volumes on the Sales Desk.
This tour is an opportunity for InVida to recruit new producers and for National Life Group to build and strengthen relationships across the country.
Events like this help us get a pulse of the field, allowing employees like Brittany to bring back information to the home office which can ultimately help us improve our products and processes.
InVida appointed 60 new producers over the course of this tour, and we saw their submitted premium increase as a result of our efforts to support their quickly growing agency.
