Facility updates on the Texas campus and Vermont campus.

Dallas Campus Modernization

* The 11th floor is fully occupied and the lobby area completed. The 8th floor construction is finished as of last week. We will be installing branding throughout the Addison campus and will be done over the coming months. We have plans underway to renovate the 9th floor space for a break room, conference center, and large meeting space. We plan to complete this project by the end of the year.

Emergency Repairs to Underground Pipes
* Emergency work is underway in the front of the main building to repair leaking pipes between our underground oil tanks and the building.  Environmental clean-up is also necessary.  This work will impact traffic and handicap parking and will take approximately 4-6 weeks to complete.  All affected employees have been notified and alternative handicap parking has been coordinated.

Parking Management System Upgrades

* We will be rolling out new parking management software in the coming months. This new system will help with parking enforcement, notification to drivers of issues with vehicles, and an automated ticketing process.

Electrical Upgrade Project
* The electrical infrastructure project includes replacing the aging electrical components in the main building over the next few years. This work is well underway with the exterior work finished for the most part and interior work well underway for the foreseeable future. Please be mindful of cordoned off areas.

Exterior Changes
* The exterior aesthetic changes are completed and they have turned out great. This work included three new patios with furniture for outside meeting space, plantings, and landscaping.  Please remember to try and use these alternative meeting spaces as weather allows.

Dewey Painting
* The contractor painting the Dewey building exterior will complete their work by the end of September.
Parking Garage Maintenance

* The parking garage work is completed as planned. They will be back in October to complete several other projects. We will cordon off areas as needed throughout the project.

Storm Water Repairs
* We have two emergency projects on the back access road that require immediate repair. This work will be completed this fall. We don’t expect major impacts to parking or traffic flow.

Logging on NLGroup Property
* As part of our woodland conservation plan, we will be logging two large portions of our wooded areas this winter. This will impact the par course, however alternative routes will be available. There is no expense to NLG.

Life Safety

* We will be conducting shelter in place drills in the coming months. We will have information coming out ahead of time to educate occupants on procedures and expectations. We will partner with local authorities to participate and answer questions following the exercise.
