This week interns gathered on Monday morning for a breakfast alongside our Executive Management Team.
The executives welcomed the interns with coffee and chocolate chip muffins before breaking up into networking groups. Leaders switched tables every seven minutes, meeting as many interns as possible.
Together they discussed topics such as internship and career advice, and the challenge recruiters are currently facing.
The interns were also able to ask Executive Team members questions related to the different roles each held, and the path they took to get there.
