Picture this: It’s December 31st, 2020. NLG has reached its Vision 2020 goals and is serving over 1,000,000 delighted customers. Now what?

The answer: We raise the bar and turn our sights to 2025!

While we are all working hard to ensure we reach our Vision 2020 goals, NLG is already thinking about what comes next. The process of establishing the company’s next 5-year strategy, dubbed Vision 2025, is well underway and we want to share the progress with you. Maybe you’ve heard of Vision 2025 and are curious what it’s about, or maybe you’re wondering how you can get involved – whatever your questions may be, come join the Strategy & Business Transformation team for a Vision 2025 Lunch & Learn session and get them answered!

We will be offering opportunities on both campuses for any interested employees to learn more about what Vision 2025 is, the process being used to create it, and how people across NLG can get engaged in the effort. We’ll also be looking to learn from you about how we can ensure that we as a company are ready to hit the ground running towards Vision 2025 on January 1, 2021.
