Erika George
It is my pleasure to announce that Erika George has been promoted to Associate Vice President. She will also assume the role of Illustrations and filing Officer for National Life.
Erika joined National Life Group in 2006 as part of ESI. Shortly after that she moved to Corporate Actuarial as an actuarial student. Since then Erika has continued to take on additional responsibilities, first as a Pricing Actuary and later as a Marketing Manager. Erika is also a graduate of our STI2 program, where she led the evolution of the Capstone project “Simple Is Hard”. After returning to L&A Solutions she continued to take on more leadership roles. Erika has lead our Illustrations team since 2019 and in June 2020 she took on the added leadership of our Contracts draft and filings team. Under her leadership we have been able to improve our Illustrations proposals in a complex and challenging regulatory environment, while drafting and developing contracts that have been filed with various State Departments of Insurance and managed through the approval process. She has provided critical leadership and expertise in launch of all of our recently developed life and annuity products.
Erika also leads L&A Solutions’ evolution in becoming an effective learning organization. She exhibits all the qualities that are critical to success of our organization and is a true servant leader. Please join me in congratulating Erika in this well-deserved promotion.
