“Don’t judge each day by the harvest you reap but by the seeds that you plant.” – Robert Louis Stevenson
It’s Harvest season, time to reap the benefits of the investment you made in yourself this year! We invite you to stop and take a moment to reflect on the progress you’ve made – whether it be since the beginning of the year or since the start of a more recent goal. Celebrate your victories and your learnings! Appreciate all the efforts you put into your development, and by doing so you are also honoring those who have helped you get to where you are today. Practicing honesty and vulnerability with yourself is the first step towards being able to show up each day as your authentic self. You’ll feel good and your teammates will thank you.
Here’s how you can celebrate this harvest season:
- Reflect on your progress – the losses and wins along the way
- Plan something that you’ll enjoy to celebrate YOU!
- Take a moment to think about those who helped you get to where you are today. Let them know you appreciate the impact they had on your journey.
