Late last week a team of Do Gooders participated in The Spectrum Sleep Out, which was held in downtown Burlington.

During the Sleep Out more than 100 businesses and community leaders spent the night outside, sleeping on the ground in solidarity with young adults facing homelessness.

The National Life team, led by Matt Frazee, raised over $6,200 in the fight against youth homelessness in Vermont. The team members who participated were Monique Vincent, Mil Ndwandwe, Esther Peterson and Troy Goliber.

Each year Spectrum Youth and Family Services serves thousands of teenagers, young adults and their family members through programs based in the Burlington and St. Albans areas.

They offer an extensive range of services for at risk youth including basic needs and supportive housing, skills programs and prevention and intervention of substance abuse and other critical issues.

Way to Do Good team!
