Our annual Spring Volunteer Week was a huge success on the Vermont and Texas campuses.
Overall 160 employees signed up to volunteer in local communities, helping with everything from administrative tasks, to landscaping, and even meal delivery for the needy.
In just one week, National Life employees spent 1,000 hours volunteering – now that’s a lot of GOOD!
Thank you to all of you who participated. And don’t forgot to log your volunteer hours in Ultipro, regardless of whether you’re an exempt or non-exempt employee – keeping track is an important measure of our corporate social responsibility.

This group of Texas volunteers packed 6,825 pounds of produce and 5,688 meals at the North Texas Food Bank!
Another team volunteered Friday where they packed 6,000 pounds of produce and 5,000 pounds of canned goods.

Multiple teams sorted and packed food for the Vermont Foodbank during the week.
Montpelier Parks and Recreation received a hand from these National Lifers, who helped with mulching, weeding, planting fruit trees, and other trail tune-ups.
