Can you believe that this year’s Do Good Fest is less than five weeks away?

We just announced this week the last band in our lineup, up-and-coming singer-songwriter Noah Kahan will be our featured band, along with headliner Michael Franti & Spearhead.

Kahan grew up just down the road a bit in Strafford, Vermont, and he’s developed quite a worldwide following.

So, how can you be a brand ambassador? Share and like our social media posts announcing Kahan’s addition to the lineup. Or any of the other social posts that are going up.

We’d love any other help you can give us in spreading the word with family and friends that the Do Good Fest is July 13 right here on our hill.

We bring together the best of what Vermont has to offer with incredibly talented artists, including another rising star, Hailey Knox.

We also offer delicious refreshments from some of the most mouth-watering food trucks and vendors in the area.

We will showcase charitable organizations again in our Nonprofit Village, there will be children’s activities, and we are partnering with Harpoon Brewery again with a pair of beer tents. Look for an announcement soon about a new offering from Harpoon.

You’ll find elsewhere in this week’s Weekly how you can sign up for a volunteer shift on the day of the festival. We’re also recruiting some of you as brand ambassadors for the marketing events we participate in to promote Do Good Fest, including our night at the Vermont Lake Monsters and our appearance in the Montpelier Independence Day parade. (It’s on July 3rd, by the way!) Email Ross Sneyd if you’re interested and available.

And finally, you can also purchase a parking pass or a festival t-shirt in advance. Proceeds from these sales go to Branches of Hope.
