Daniel McCullum was presented with a Kudos Award this week in recognition of his work in highlighting the LifeChanger of the Year finalists this spring.
Daniel works in Creative Services and helped to direct, edit and produce a series of videos of each of the five finalists.
“Despite a heavy work load leading up to National Life’s recognition conferences, Daniel eagerly dove into producing five incredible videos featuring our LifeChanger of the Year finalists,” according to his Kudos nomination. “He had little lead time and a short window to produce these but managed to create true masterpieces that vividly display what National Life is all about. Our values ring true through these videos. Daniel had no obligation to drop everything and do these but was more than willing to do so.”
The videos were especially valuable this year because two of the finalists were prevented from attending conference because of travel snafus caused by weather.
All of our conference guests were still able to meet the finalists because of the videos.
“Daniel demonstrates a cohesive culture where silos do not exist,” the nomination said. “He’s a true asset to our organization, one that acts as a team player and inspires others to bring their best.”
