Dan House was presented a Kudos Award this week and recognized as “a stand-out performer (who) is often making contributions for the betterment of the team and field force.”
Dan works in suitability review at Equity Services, Inc., where he makes time to help not only his colleagues but representatives in the field.
“Dan thinks outside the box, strives to streamline processes and create resources for teammates,” according to the Kudos nomination submitted by Mike Fletcher, also of ESI. “It is clear that he cares about his colleagues and adds value through not only questioning the status quo, but also by being solution and service oriented. He often comes up with solutions to problems, rather than simply identifying them.”
Dan also lives National Life’s corporate values to Do Good in the communities we serve. He’s active in volunteering, serves on internal committees to improve our culture, and has obtained many professional designations and education.
