National Life’s CP2, or Career Prep Program, is a partnership between CIG and the People Center’s Learning & Development program that gives CIG employees with one to three years of service tools to help kick start their careers.

After taking part in the seven month program of business acumen classes, personal development, job shadowing, and coaching by an experienced mentor, the Class of 2019 recently graduated. The cross-campus celebration featured a moving talk by Mark Farrell and the highlights experienced by each participant.
