Our teams in the Richardson Corporate Challenge have gotten off to a strong start, especially our volleyball, horseshoes and basketball teams.
National Life was well represented in the opening ceremony, where we not only got started in the annual competition but also showcased our LifeChanger of the Year program.
The Corporate Challenge is a great family fun event where teams compete in a variety of sporting events, pitting teams such as National Life against other companies from around the area.
Our volleyball team placed second in the first round of competition. And our horseshoes team also took second place.
The basketball players got off to a strong start and will continue to compete on Saturday and Sunday. Those games are at 10 a.m. at the UT Dallas campus in Richardson.
The dodgeball tournament is Wednesday at the Heights Recreation Center on West Arapaho Road in Richardson. The start time for that is 6:30.
