The Customer Experience team is holding a contest to find correspondence in need of a makeover. You can participate by submitting any piece of communication that you feel should be improved. It doesn’t matter why or when it was created as long as it’s customer-facing to a buying or selling customer and that it comes from a business area system.
Send your submissions to movetheneedle@nationallife.com. A panel of senior leaders will evaluate each submission based on format, graphics and message. They will then choose the top two that are most in need of a makeover. You could receive a team luncheon if your submission is chosen!
Not only will the submissions help us better understand how we’re communicating with our customers, but it will also show us where we need the most improvement. Beginning in 2019, each piece of correspondence submitted will be evaluated for an upgrade.
