Cookie decorating, balloon animals and face painting galore! These were just a few of the activities offered at this year’s Children’s Holiday Party, hosted by the National Life Recreation Association.
Pure joy and excitement filled the room as kiddos of all ages buzzed from table to table, taking in all of the festivities! The highlight of the day was an entertaining performance by Street Performer Brent McCoy, and of course a visit from Santa and Mrs. Claus.
Even adults had a fun time, including our NLG volunteers!
“The children’s holiday party is was of my favorite events because of the pure joy and excitement of the kids. Everyone is buzzing around at the various activities which include decorating cookies, art and crafts, balloon characters, AMAZING face painting, meeting Santa, and watching a street performer. It is a fantastic event, that allows even the BIG kids to have fun!”
