Elaine Limanek will be teaching a new “Express Barre” class at the Vermont campus on Mondays from 11:30 am to noon.
A shortened version of regular Barre-Sculpt, “Express Barre” will have the same movements to get your arms, thighs, and abs toned in a half an hour.
We will still be using small hand weights and yoga mats, along with various other props, to work your core and get your heart rate up.
This Express version will focus more on fluid movements seamed together with a longer stretch at the end of the workout.
The new class starts Monday, March 13th.
