2. Institutional Marketing Manager – Vermont
a. Sentinel Investments is evolving and growing its presence in the institutional sales channel. We are seeking a passionate, results-driven, creative and strategic individual to help develop and implement our institutional channel marketing strategy to help build our client base. The Institutional Marketing Manager reports to the Head of Marketing and will collaborate with Sentinel’s investment management and sales teams to deliver clear, compelling and repeatable messaging of Sentinel’s core capabilities. Critical attributes to this role include a deep knowledge of investment products, strong verbal and written communications skills, social media experience, and a strong understanding of the institutional marketplace and requisite needs.

 

3. Financial Analysts – Vermont
a. Financial Analyst II – Corporate Development
i. National Life is looking for a financial analyst with an inquisitive mind to help maintain the existing business, further develop our administrative capabilities and contribute to the growth of the corporate development initiatives. The primary focus of this position is to provide clear, consistent and accurate reporting for existing and new initiatives. In addition, the incumbent will work on varied projects, both individually and in groups with multiple departments within the organization. This position reports to Director of Capital Management.
b. Financial Analyst II – Distribution Finance, Agency Finance
i. Our team is responsible for monitoring the financial health of our national sales force – providing insight, monitoring trends and reporting detailed data to business leaders. This position provides financial support to key business partners across the organization including financial planning and analysis, financial and operational metrics, and financial forecasting. A successful analyst will have strong analytical and communication skills, the ability to solve problems, and be able to build relationships across the organization. This position will work as part of a team on the day-to-day enterprise distribution finance processes and have the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

 

4. New Business Case Manager – Texas or Vermont
a. The Case Manager “owns” and is accountable for individual cases throughout their life cycle, from the initial receipt of the application through the final receipt of initial premium payment and forms on delivery. The Case Manager plays a critical role in shortening cycle time within New Business Acquisition, while providing individual producers a single point of contact for each application he or she submits. The Case Manager is a vital member of the team, working to build a stronger, more productive collaboration with the Team’s designated distribution partners.

 

5. Senior Accountant – Vermont
a. This position, based on our Montpelier, Vermont campus, is primarily responsible for external reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements. This position is also responsible for preparing internal value-added analysis of business results as well as forecasting. Qualified candidates will be proven self-starters who desire to advance into future leadership positions.
