b. The Team Manager provides leadership to a team of Billing and Replacement Technicians within the Inbound Payment Center. The Team Manager must be committed to establishing and sustaining a strong, professional, focused team engaged in a productive collaboration with the Team’s internal and external partners / customers. The Incumbent will ensure that work is processed timely, accurately and in accordance with acceptable standards and regulations.
