Just submit a photo of you, your manager and the Spot-ed! recognition.
Your submission will be automatically entered into a quarterly drawing for a $25 gift card – one for each of you.

Browse to Benefits, People Center, Rewards and Recognition Program and select the You’ve Been SPOT-ed! icon.
At the end of the quarter, 3 entries will be randomly selected and a 6 gifts cards awarded. The selected photos (along with all entries) will be shared on National Life Today and the lobby monitors.
