If you elected to participate in the AMEX Corporate Card Program, your card will be arriving anytime between December 3rd and December 10th. If you do not receive your card by December 15th, please contact the Treasury team at PTreasuryEmployeeNotifications@nationallife.com

Your Bank of America VISA account will be closed by January 25, as such please make sure you settle all outstanding balances as soon as possible.

Activation

When activating your new AMEX card, it is preferred that you activate your card online so that you can set up your online account, alerts and reporting preferences. It only takes a few minutes!

Please destroy your Bank of America VISA once you have successfully activated your AMEX card.

Membership Rewards and Upgrades

Upon activation of your Green card, you have the option to enroll in the American Express Membership Rewards program for annual fee of $90, by calling: 800-297-3276 to enroll. Once you are enrolled in the program you can check your rewards balance online at americanexpress.com/membershiprewards

You have the option to upgrade to a Gold or Platinum card, subject to the fees identified below.

  • Gold Card Fee: $125 (annually)
  • Platinum Card Fee: $395 (annually), Platinum Card Members are enrolled into the Membership Rewards Program at no additional charge (outside of the annual card fee of $395).

The membership rewards fee and upgrade fees are personal expenses and are not reimbursable corporate expenses.
