After 28 years with Document Management Services (DMS), Albert Trepanier will be moving into a Product Owner role with Business Architecture reporting to Damian Woodard effective 10/19.

Albert has worn many hats in DMS.  He spent the majority of his career working in the print shop before transitioning to the manager for all outbound services where he was responsible for all internal functions and building a strong relationship with our external partner Merrill.  Throughout his tenure, he has worked on several key projects including the transition of policy mailing from New Business to DMS.  Most recently, Albert served on the e-delivery project where he was instrumental in finding solutions that would work for DMS that also supported the broader e-delivery goals for policy mailing.  Albert is a servant leader who always wants to help anyone he can, and he has many, many positive echospans to prove it.  We are all happy for Albert as he starts this next part of his career.  He will be an asset to Business Architecture.

In light of Albert’s transition, we are making the following organizational changes in DMS –

Jason Cushing will manage our Outbound & CIT team where he will continue to build strong relationships with partners like FedEx and Merrill, and oversee all of our outbound mail processes, returned mail, and customer contact updates.

Jeannine Santor will manage Classification & Records (inbound).  This team is responsible for opening and scanning all incoming documents, overseeing all incoming workflows to ensure documents are being received and properly routed to the business areas, and retrieving records and retaining onsite hardcopy documents.

We have an open position that is posted for a manager of Policy Mailing.  I will be serving as the manager for this team until a permanent manager is found.  This team is responsible for reviewing, validating, and assembling all of our life and annuity policies.  This team also owns the day to day management of our e-delivery policy process that launched earlier this year.

Please join me in congratulating Albert on his new role.
