Celebrate the hard working, talented, multi-tasking business leader (yes, you!). Administrative Professionals are at the heart of every business setting. Keeping the beat of the business going by providing everything from front-line customer service to acting as the primary hub of information and communications. Do you play that role in your business area? If so, please join us – and bring a friend!
Special guest Shelly Masson will be leading a talk on The Power of Conversations.
What kind of character are you? Come join us to learn about your “Character Strengths” and how you can leverage them in your critical role.
As one of the key hubs of information in your organization, you lead others and have the opportunity to impact the conversations happening all around you. By learning to leverage your strengths and ask powerful questions, you can change the course of a conversation.
Together we will explore how our conversations create the DNA of our organization. In this hands-on workshop, participants will explore their Character Strengths and create an action plan for leveraging those strengths to have even more powerful conversations.
Please complete this assessment prior to the session and bring the results with you: https://www.viacharacter.org/Survey
