Our Addison campus as well as the homes of all of our Texas colleagues have been blanketed in something you’d expect in Vermont but that can be a bigger hazard in Texas.

Areas north and northeast of Dallas were getting two to six inches of snow from the big Valentine’s weekend snow. Up to a quarter-inch of ice was also encasing some areas.

Jake Matson, an actuary, braved the elements to capture a couple of photos of Millennium Tower, our Texas home.

It’s a pretty sight, but the roads throughout the region were treacherous and thousands were without power, including many of our teammates.
