There’s a lot to be learned from our customers about what we’re doing right so we can do it again and again.

The Customer Experience Center records comments from customers who’ve had interactions with our team members.

The feedback is gratifying when it’s so complimentary. But even critical comments help us understand where we might improve in the future.

Here’s another sampling of what we’ve learned from the feedback line recently.

Becky was amazing with new business information.  She was very helpful and assisted me with running an illustration.  I always love working with NLG! Thank you.

I spoke to an amazing consultant Tinu.  I have never been given so much attention and I appreciate that you have such amazing people on your team.
