Working at National Life is a family tradition for some. It’s not uncommon to find that multiple members of one family, even spanning multiple generations, have made their home within our walls.
Take for instance Joe Bousquet, who joined the National Life family in 2016 and is now on the Retirement Services team as a Senior Relationship Manager. Before that, he was simply visiting the workplace of his father, Stephen Bousquet.
Stephen worked for National Life from 1975 to 1998 on what was then known as the “Agency Facilities” team. His workstation was located on the Vermont campus’ fifth floor where the Sales Desk currently resides.
Here’s where the coincidence comes in. The Retirement Services team is in the process of shifting their workstations. And where is Joe’s assigned seat, you ask? None other than his dad’s old workspace! The very one he used to visit as a youngster.
Like father, like son. Or perhaps there’s a bit of Do Good divine intervention happening. What do you think?
