Our Texas campus will begin to reopen to some employees on Oct. 26.
This first phase will be voluntary, meaning only those employees who wish to go back to the office will do so.
As with the reopening of the Vermont campus, volunteering does not mean you will be approved to return. We want to emphasize that this is voluntary only and not a mandate to return to the office.
The Facilities and Business Continuity teams need to review who volunteers and then ensure that there is appropriate social distancing between work stations.
Only employees who can commit to being in the office at least four days a week – not including any planned CTO – are asked to volunteer in this initial period of phase one.
Those who might be on campus less frequently will be accommodated in a later stage of phase one.
Communications will go to all of our Texas employees very soon with details, including statements that each returning employee will have to agree that certifies that she or he has followed safety guidelines and is not sick, along with other information.
Employees will be asked in those communications to respond to a survey signaling their interest. Those who are approved to return will be notified later in the month.
