Did you know that you can opt out of a paper W-2?
No more waiting for your W-2 in the mail.
By opting out of paper, you will have access to your W-2 anytime, anywhere, and it’s better for the environment.
To consent to an electronic W-2 form:
- In the Ultipro portal go to Myself > Pay > W-2
- Under Things I Can Do select Change W-2 Consent Form
- On the Form W-2 Wage and Tax Statement Consent page, select “Go Paperless! I consent to receive my Form W-2 electronically.”
- Click Save.
