I’m pleased to announce that Marie LeMieux is being appointed Associate Vice-President/Head of Contact Centers.
Marie’s current AVP role has been focused on leadership of our Life & Annuity Sales Desks located on both campuses, as well as having responsibility for our Field Leadership Development Program (FLDP). By combining the Sales Desk with our Operations Contact Centers, we will be able to utilize Marie’s knowledge of the business and her strong leadership skills to create synergies between the two areas. The leadership of the FLDP will remain with our Distribution Innovation Group for the time being.
Marie is a seasoned professional with a proven track record in marketing, sales, training and operations including policy services and agent contracting —a veteran of our industry with over 20+ years of experience. She is performance driven, collaborative and strong at building key relationships both internally and externally. Prior to joining National Life Group in September of 2015, Marie held various leadership roles in companies such as LIMRA International, Liberty Life Assurance Company of Boston and Met Life. In addition to her strong industry experience, Marie graduated from Franklin Pierce College with a B.S. in Business Management. She also holds Series 6 & 63 FINRA Registrations as well as her CLU, ChFC, FLMI/M and ACS designations.
