Your 1095-C forms were mailed and are now available on the Benefits Platform.

To retrieve them online, use the single sign-on link from NLToday.

1. Click on “View Your Benefits” on the right side of the screen
2. Click on “Tax Documents” under My Documents on the left side of the screen
3. Download your 2019 1095-C
